Search Suggestions System Settings allows you to quickly add or remove an email address from the email notification list for every search profile in the system. The email notification list lets the designated users know when the current search suggestion list for any search profile has been updated.
Email Address
Specifies the email address (up to 255 characters) to add to or remove from the email notification list for all search profiles in the system.
Email Options
Performs the requested action on the email notification list for all search profiles in the system.
You can choose these options:

Add Email To All Profiles |
Adds the email address specified in the Email Address field to the email notification list for all search profiles. Portfolio sends an email message to the email addresses on the email notification list any time new search suggestions are added for any search profile. Note: For instructions on how to add email list recipients to only a specific search profile, see Adding or removing an email address from a search profile . |

Remove Email From All Profiles |
Removes the email address specified in the Email Address field from the email notification list for all profiles. |
